Guest Services Manager
Handles during-stay guest support, issue resolution, concierge requests, and emergency response. The primary point of contact for guests from check-in through checkout.

CMO / Marketing Director
Leads the marketing team and owns overall marketing strategy, budget allocation, brand positioning, and campaign performance. Decides where to invest marketing dollars and sets the creative direction.

Creates and publishes content across social platforms, engages with the community, manages the content calendar, and builds brand awareness through organic social presence.

Captures professional photos and videos of rental units, amenities, and the surrounding destination. Creates visual assets used across listings, the website, social media, and marketing materials.
Email Marketing Manager
Designs and executes email campaigns, drip sequences, newsletters, and automated guest communication flows. Manages the CRM, segmentation, and email performance metrics.
Brand / Content Strategist
Defines and maintains brand voice, writes website copy and blog content, develops storytelling for the company's properties and destination, and ensures messaging consistency across all channels.
Sales & Owner Relations
Sales / Business Development Manager
Drives new homeowner acquisition through prospecting, pitch presentations, market analysis for potential owners, and closing contracts. Builds the pipeline that grows the portfolio.
Owner Relations Manager
Manages ongoing relationships with property owners. Handles owner communication, performance reporting, concern resolution, contract renewals, and ensures high owner retention and satisfaction.
Property Operations
Director of Operations / Field Manager
Oversees all field operations including property quality standards, vendor relationships, and the housekeeping and maintenance teams. Ensures every property meets company standards.
Housekeeping Manager
Schedules and manages turnover cleans between guest stays, maintains cleanliness standards, coordinates housekeeping staff or third-party cleaning crews, and handles linen and supply inventory.
