A PMS chosen by a 20-property operator and one chosen by a 1,000-property enterprise are rarely the same. To make these rankings useful, we broke the data into four tiers based on each company's latest property count: Small (1–49), Mid-size (50–199), Large (200–499), and Enterprise (500+).
Each tier below ranks PMS platforms by the number of companies in that bucket confirmed to be using them. Companies without portfolio data on file are omitted from these breakdowns but still counted in the overall rankings above.
